Position: Forklift Operator

Job description

Report to Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Material distribution throughout the facility:

Move material to and from machine centers for production.
Assure raw material and finished products are identified and placed in the correct location.
Track inventory of finished product and raw material.
Pull inventory for preparation to ship.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed.
Maintain records to support activity.
Strapping pallets
Helping with production activities when needed

Skills:

Organizational skills to maintain all material in orderly manner.
Must be proactive in position.
Forklift and hand truck operation (will train)
Computer skills (will train)

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM (40 hours)
OT Possible

Compensation

Dependent on current experience
Benefits: Holidays, Vacation, 401K
